About the Guide

The AI 2030 Survival Guide

25 AI changes everyone needs to know before 2030

This book is not a doomsday prophecy, nor a promise that every job will disappear. It is a guide for ordinary people who want to keep their options open as technology changes faster than our habits.

Author's Note

Big changes often feel frightening not because we know exactly what will happen, but because we don't. This guide doesn't ask you to believe every prediction about AI. Quite the opposite: get into the habit of questioning, checking, comparing, and telling the difference between what technology can actually do, what companies plan to do, and what has actually happened.

How to Read This Book

Don't try to memorize every AI term. Read to find the connection between technology and your own life. If a prediction feels overly dramatic, don't take it at face value: look for the source, check the context, and see what has actually happened so far.

Source Notes

This guide is built to be checked, not believed. Before repeating any prediction you read here or anywhere else, separate three different things:

What technology can do

Demonstrated, working capability you can test yourself today.

What companies plan

Announcements and roadmaps — intentions, not outcomes.

What has happened

Measured results with dates, names and numbers attached.

If a prediction feels overly dramatic, look for the source, check the context, and see what has actually happened so far. Then answer the three questions for your own situation — and pick one action for this week.
